No forms, no questions, no restocking fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
How it is processed. Orders are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record, so the refund is returned through Paddle; it typically appears within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. You may also contact Paddle directly using the details on your invoice.
EU/EEA consumers. Statutory withdrawal rights for digital content apply as described at checkout. Because the product is delivered as an immediate download, you may be asked at checkout to consent to immediate performance and acknowledge losing the 14-day withdrawal right. The 30-day refund offer above is given voluntarily and is more generous than the statutory minimum, so it applies to you either way.
