Who you are dealing with. CRA Incident Drill is operated by Hagar Shaul, a sole proprietor registered in Israel as an Osek Patur (exempt dealer). Contact: hello@cradrill.com. Paid orders are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record (see below).
CRA Incident Drill provides educational self-assessment tools and downloadable document templates ("the Products") relating to the EU Cyber Resilience Act.
Not legal advice. The Products are educational and operational materials for engineering and operations teams. They are not legal advice, do not create any adviser-client relationship, and do not guarantee compliance with any law. Have qualified counsel review anything you rely on.
No warranty. The Products are provided "as is". Regulations, guidance, and the ENISA platform evolve; we update materials on a best-effort basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid.
What is sold, and for how much. The paid product is the Article 14 Reporting Operations Pack, a one-time purchase of USD $39 delivered as an immediate download of editable working files (HTML and CSV: 24-hour, 72-hour and final-report templates, an incident clock workbook, an escalation/RACI sheet, an evidence log, executive and customer notice templates, a disclosure-policy template and a tabletop scenario). There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Paid products and who you are paying. Orders are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as our merchant of record. Paddle appears on your statement, issues your invoice, and collects and remits any applicable VAT or sales tax. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. License: one purchase covers use within one organisation; you may edit and use the templates internally, but not resell or redistribute them.
